Susan Martin
CFO
Susan joined Dr. Martin as his practice administrator in 1985 after working in banking and law practice for ten years. Her primary focus at this point is on business operations and finance.
An Arkansas native, Susan grew up in Pine Bluff and earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and a law degree from UALR.
When not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their four children and spouses, and their six grandchildren.
Alicia Rasburry, ATC
Clinical Manager
Alicia is an AR native, she grew up in Hamburg and is a graduate of Arkansas State University where she earned her B.S. in Athletic Training in 2002. She currently lives in Benton with her husband Aaron and two children, Addisyn and Corbin.
Alicia joined Martin Orthopedics as Clinical Manager in June of 2023 and brought with her twenty plus years of orthopedic experience from a wide range of on field athletic injuries to outpatient therapy and sport specific functional training. She not only oversees the clinic aspect of day to day function but also manages the DME supply and inventory.
Alicia and her family are members at First Baptist Church of Benton. She enjoys all things outdoors, whether it be watching her kids in sports, hiking or snow skiing and spends a lot of time with family and friends at the lake during the summer.
